From the moment we arrived at the Croydon, my parents and I were treated with such kindness and care by Jane and Stephen, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Not only were they attentive to our needs, but they also provided ironing facilities in our room, which was a great convenience for my parents. the tea and coffee facilities in our room were well-stocked, allowing us to relax and enjoy a hot beverage whenever we pleased. the am/fm alarm clock provided in our room was a thoughtful touch, ensuring we woke up on time for the delicious full-English breakfast that awaited us each morning. the restaurants nearby were also a fantastic addition, giving us plenty of options for dining out in the evenings. Overall, the Croydon exceeded our high expectations in every aspect, from the warm welcome to the impeccable service and amenities provided. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning in the future for another delightful stay.
